Broadbean: the recruiters choice for advert distribution

Broadbean love job boards for the simple reason that you allow our clients to find the talent they need without having to rely on the costly paper based advertising model. In 2002 we realised the potential of the job board market and knew it would not be long before all recruitment companies and employers would want to post their vacancies online. Wanting to jump on the bandwagon, we developed a handy little tool called AdCourier that could help make the task of placing adverts on job boards that much easier. Little did we know that in a few years our technology would be used by over 30,000 recruitment professionals, distributing somewhere in the region of 1.5million adverts to job boards every single month.
So how did you find us? Our guess is you have probably arrived here because either a recruitment agency or employer has said "Have you got Broadbean".
What is Broadbean and how does it work?
To begin with it is probably better to correct a common mistake made by the majority of people in the market: You do not integrate with Broadbean, you integrate with AdCourier - Broadbean is the company, AdCourier is our award winning advertising product.
Now that's cleared up, we can begin.
AdCourier works like this: Instead of someone having to log on to each individual job board they have an account with and post a vacancy, they can log in to AdCourier, fill the details out once and then we put it on the job boards for them (through direct XML feeds). In addition to this we then track where all their candidate responses come from and provide them with a host of reports that allow them to advertise their online vacancies more effectively.
To complicate things slightly we also have another product called Broadcast. Due to huge demand from the corporate sector we reengineered the AdCourier system two years ago so that it could handle branding advertising and support apply online facilities. Broadcast distributes adverts using exactly the same method as AdCourier but the XML requirements are slightly different.
How do I integrate?
To enable Broadbean to add adverts to your site you will need to set up an interface to accept our job postings. All the technical information can be found on our Technical Specification document. Please use our contact form to request a copy and we will send it straight away.
Why should I integrate?
Primarily you should integrate with AdCourier to make your clients lives easier! The main advantage for integrated boards is that for a client to post to your job board along with all the other job boards they simply need to tick a box. We do not charge clients on the amount of job boards they use and regardless of whether they are posting to 3 job boards or 100, it takes them the same amount of time. This actively encourages them to trial new job boards.
What does it cost?
We charge a one off fee of £3,995 for integration and there are no reoccurring support or maintenance charges. The integration package includes the development of a feed to your site and a branded job board profile both on this site and within the AdCourier interface.
